Category D + E is bus/coach with trailer in excess of
750 kg GVW. It covers all passenger carrying vehicle with more than 8 seats.
You need to be minimum of 21 years old.
You must pass Category D before training for Category D + E.
You will NOT normally be required to pass a medical examination, a multiple
choice Theory Test or a video based Hazard Perception Test before being
able to undertake practical driving tuition.
You will have done all this to pass at Category D!
The exception will be trainees over 45 who may need to pass a medical examination.
